Donald Trump’s MAGA supporters attempted to disrupt Vice President Kamala Harris’ rally at the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse on Thursday, but the Democratic presidential nominee had a witty response ready.

When the disturbance began, Harris smiled at the protesters and remarked, “Oh, you guys are at the wrong rally.”
As the crowd cheered, Harris delivered her punchline:
“I think you meant to go to the smaller one down the street.”
The crowd erupted in laughter as Harris waved the protesters off.

Harris has been teasing Trump about his rally sizes for months, and she managed to irritate him during their debate by encouraging people to attend his rallies.
“I’m gonna invite you to attend one of Donald Trump’s rallies because it’s a really interesting thing to watch,” she said. “He talks about fictional characters like Hannibal Lecter. He will talk about windmills causing cancer. And what you will also notice is people start leaving his rallies early out of exhaustion and boredom. And I will tell you the one thing you will not hear him talk about, is you.”
Trump was visibly annoyed by the comment.
“She said people start leaving. People don’t go to her rallies,” Trump retorted. “So she can’t talk about that. People don’t leave my rallies.”
It’s been a strong week for Harris, who made an impressive appearance on 60 Minutes and held her ground in a challenging interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier, while delivering sharp critiques of Trump. She also highlighted that Trump withdrew from his 60 Minutes interview, canceled a CNBC appearance, and refused to meet her in a second debate.
Harris is focusing her efforts on securing support in the “blue wall” states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin to avoid a repeat of Hillary Clinton’s loss there eight years ago.
Her schedule reflects her strategy to secure a path to victory over Republican candidate Donald Trump. Harris’ campaign insists she’s not neglecting Sun Belt states like North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada, even though she spends most of her time elsewhere.
The vice president campaigned at a hockey rink in Erie, Pennsylvania, on Monday, where she criticized Trump as “unhinged.” She visited an art gallery in Detroit with actors Don Cheadle, Delroy Lindo, and Cornelius Smith Jr. on Tuesday, then recorded a radio town hall with Charlamagne tha God.
On Wednesday, Harris returned to Pennsylvania to emphasize her commitment to the Constitution, standing near the Delaware River, where George Washington made his historic crossing during the Revolutionary War.
Her busy schedule continues throughout the week.
Harris is heading back to Milwaukee on Thursday to engage with college-age voters.
She’ll visit a business class at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, then hold a student rally at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She will conclude the day with a rally in Green Bay.
The vice president is expected to hold meet-and-greets in Michigan on Friday and will campaign in Detroit on Saturday.
Mark Cuban, speaking at a Harris rally on Thursday, remarked that Donald Trump used to be “a little bit coherent.”
“But I don’t know what happened to him,” said Cuban, owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and a celebrity investor on “Shark Tank.”
The rally took place at the Recreational Eagle Center, the main sports and recreation facility on the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse campus. The school has about 9,400 undergraduates and approximately 930 graduate students. A large sign in the arena read, “A New Way Forward for La Crosse.”
Cuban warned the audience that if Trump were elected in November, his tariff proposals would increase the cost of holiday gifts by 60%.
“You won’t be able to afford the presents you want for your family and friends,” he said. He urged the crowd to elect Harris.
