Posting on Truth Social, Trump launched a series of accusations, stating, “A giant Fake News Scam by CBS & 60 Minutes! They actually REPLACED her REAL ANSWER with something else to save her from looking crazy or dumb.” He argued that this manipulation amounted to “Election Interference” and demanded, “TAKE AWAY THE CBS LICENSE! This is an UNPRECEDENTED SCANDAL!!!”
Trump’s anger was sparked by a misleading video circulating in right-wing circles, purportedly showing a significant difference between Harris’s actual comments on the Israel-Gaza conflict and the edited version broadcast by CBS. He called Harris a “Moron,” claiming that the “Fake News Media” is eager to hide her incompetence.
This latest outburst follows Trump’s threats against CBS and other major networks like NBC and ABC, vowing retaliation if he returns to the presidency in 2024.
