At a tumultuous rally in Arizona, former President Donald Trump sought to demonstrate his mental acuity while simultaneously delivering a peculiar tirade that only intensified concerns about his cognitive state.

Trump began by criticizing the “fake news” media, focusing on the number of cameras present at the event. He then strayed off-topic, questioning who could manage multiple public appearances daily. “One little mistake, and they’ll jump all over me,” he complained, seemingly oblivious to the fact that his own verbal errors might be the real issue.
In an almost frantic effort to prove his mental fitness, he claimed, “So I speak for hours, mostly without a teleprompter, really, mostly. One mispronunciation of a word — ‘He’s cognitively impaired. He’s getting old, he’s getting old. He mispronounced a word like the name of the gang.’ If I did, I think I got it perfectly, didn’t I?”

However, his fragmented thoughts and incoherent remarks suggested otherwise.
He also oddly claimed that President Joe Biden was “obviously cognitively repaired,” seemingly confusing “repaired” with “impaired,” which further weakened his argument.
Trump’s exaggerated sense of self-importance peaked as he inflated the crowd size from a recent rally in Coachella, asserting he attracted 100,000 attendees, despite official permits limiting the event to 15,000.
“Last night, 100,000 people. Flawless. Ranting and raving,” he proclaimed, seemingly disconnected from reality.
At one point, Trump ominously stated that we’ve “never been so close to being in World War III,” yet he did not elaborate, leaving the audience puzzled.

"If I pronounce a word slightly wrong, they'll say, 'he's cognitively impaired.'
I'll let you know when I will be.
Biden was obviously cognitively repaired."

This is not the first time Trump has exhibited alarming rhetoric. In a recent three-hour speech in Detroit, he displayed a pattern of disjointed thoughts and erratic claims, even going so far as to criticize the city he was addressing.
Having previously been a vocal critic of Biden’s mental acuity, Trump now faces similar scrutiny as the oldest presidential nominee in history. His efforts to project confidence appear increasingly hollow as his campaign progresses amid growing concerns about his cognitive stability.
